14kt Yellow Gold Montreal Olympics $100 Gold Coin With Diamond-Set Bezel and Chain

This custom made pendant features a 14kt gold Montreal Olympics $100 coin, dated 1976. The obverse shows a bust of Queen Elizabeth II, as at 37 years of age, wearing tiara, facing right and the reverse shows two ancient Greek figures beside value and the lettering "100 DOLLARS 776 B.C. - 1976 A.D. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΔΕΣ 21. Released in 1976 to commemorate the Olympic games hosted in Montreal, Canada. A 14kt yellow gold concave bezel holds the coin and is further enhanced with five round brilliant cut diamonds, bezel set into 14kt white gold, at the top. A ribbed bale is attached.
